The Dua Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqoubi Hafidahullah from Damascus

Bismillah …

Assalamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh , We pray this finds everyone well, wrapped in Allah’s mercy and steadfastly traveling the path to eternal felicity, in sha Allah.

We present the Dua of Erudite Scholar Shaykh Muhammad Abul Huda al-Yaqoubi Hafidahullah from Damascus; The Noble Shaykh recites this Dua before many of his lectures!

The English Translation:

”All praises are due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds, and may Allah’s prayers and salutations be upon our master and guardian Muhammad, the seal of Prophets and leader of the Messengers and upon his entire family and companions. Oh Allah open upon us with the opening of gnostics, and grant us the success of righteous, and benefit us oh Allah with the Qurʾan and remembrance of wisdom. Oh Allah teach us from that which benefits us, and benefit us with that which you have taught us and increase us in knowledge and accepted deeds through your mercy oh most merciful of the merciful. Oh Allah, naught is easy except that which you have made easy, and you Oh eternally living and upstanding with the affairs of everything make that which is grievous, if you willed, easy. Oh Allah, guard us from the evils of our selves and the faulty of our deeds and rectify our entire affairs. There is no God but you, we seek your forgiveness and repent to you, and may Allah’s prayers be upon our master Muhammad and upon his household and companions, all of them.”
